Our trucks are fully identified and equipped with air suspension as well as hydraulic platforms, clean padded covers, ratchet straps, as well as all standard handling equipment that may be required.

We can offer you three (3) types of service:

BRONZE delivery service (truck/driver only)

• This service is offered only for commodities that can be unloaded and handled by a single, qualified man (driver).
• Delivery is by appointment, a block of 4 hours is offered
• The packaging is inspected by the driver and the consignee.
• The products are delivered (deposited) to a place where a single man can make the delivery; the driver does not enter the residence or the building. 
• The products are left at the entrance, the garage or on the balcony. The place must be protected from the weather.
• The product is delivered as is; the driver does not unpack or bring back any packing material.

SILVER service (truck/driver and a helper)

• This service is offered by 2 trained and qualified men.
• Delivery is by appointment, a block of 4 hours is offered
• The packaging is inspected by the driver, and the consignee confirms the condition of the packaging.
• Commodities are delivered, unpacked and placed in the room or rooms desired by the consignee. Packaging materials and boxes are recovered and recycled.
• It is the consignee's responsibility to place the product in its final place of use.

GOLD service (truck/driver and a helper)

• This service is offered by 2 trained and qualified men.
• Delivery is by appointment, a block of 4 hours is offered
• The packaging is inspected by the driver, and the consignee confirms the condition of the packaging.
• Commodities are delivered, unpacked and placed in the room or rooms desired by the consignee. Packaging materials and boxes are recovered and recycled.
• It is the consignee's responsibility to place the product in its final place of use.
• Commodities are assembled (as needed – subject to certain conditions)
